 ChangZhou HanCheng Special Ceramics Co., Ltd. are with a go ahead attitude. We provide a Comprehensive Service in the design and manufacture all kinds of Ceramics Insulator, Ignition Ceramics, Electrical Equipment Ceramic, Precision Ceramic Gas ignitors, Flame Sensors, Ignition Probe, Spark Electrode, Ignition Needles and Ignition Electrode utilising all of today's leading edge, state-of-the-art technology. These Series products for pre-mix gas burners which have been used extensively in: Hot water boilers, Oven, Condensing boilers, Air heaters, Drying machines, Spray booths, Process heaters, Range cookers, Steam boilers etc.

We both design and manufacture our products. This gives us a great deal of flexibility in which to answer the customers' brief, and provide efficient technical support. Our main product areas are：

 “HanCheng” Company was formed in 2005 and between them the Directors have over 30 years' experience in the Ceramics and electronics industry.

 “HanCheng” Electrode for direct spark and hot surface ignition come in a full range of low cost options. These electrode assemblies can be custom configured to meet specific OEM direct spark and hot surface ignition system requirements.

 “HanCheng” electrode assemblies for gas ignition systems can incorporate flame senor rods, spark ignition systems and a combination of both, in a variety of sizes and configurations. Our electrode assemblies are custom fabricated to position the spark gap precisely and meet other design requirements. Further these electrode assemblies can use Alumina-ceramics for applications up to 1,800°F and the wire probes can be made from nickel-chrome, stainless steel, or other specialty metals (Kanthal, Haynes etc).
